Introduction

KARPAK is a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) combining Web3 and AI technologies, dedicated to solving global parking challenges and reshaping the urban mobility experience.

I. Industry Pain Points and Era Opportunities: The Dilemma of the Traditional Parking Industry

With the acceleration of global urbanization and the continuous surge in car ownership, "difficulty in parking, high parking costs, and low resource utilization" have become the core pain points of modern urban transportation. In the traditional parking industry model, there are several insurmountable gaps:

  1. Resource Mismatch and Information Silos: A large number of private and commercial parking spaces in cities remain idle during specific periods, while car owners looking for parking face the dilemma of "hard to find a single spot." Traditional centralized parking platforms only act as information matchmakers and fail to fundamentally revitalize dormant underlying assets.

  2. Extremely Poor Asset Liquidity: As a heavy asset, the ownership and operation rights of parking spaces are difficult to be flexibly divided and circulated. The financial attributes and liquidity value of these assets are severely underestimated.

  3. Unequal Value Distribution: In the traditional Web2 parking ecosystem, car owners (consumers) and parking space owners (suppliers) contribute the core data and cash flow, but the dividends of ecological development are monopolized by centralized platforms. Participants lack the incentive for continuous participation and co-construction.

Against this background, the maturity of blockchain technology, especially the rise of the DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) and RDA (Real-World Asset Tokenization) concepts, provides a perfect solution for reconstructing the business model of the parking industry.

II. KARPAK Project Positioning: Reshaping the Value Network of Physical Space

KARPAK is a pioneering Web3 parking ecological network. The project is committed to utilizing blockchain technology and smart contracts to digitize and tokenize physical parking space assets (RDA) in the real world, creating a decentralized, transparent, and profit-sharing smart parking infrastructure.

  1. Parking Asset On-chain (RDA Tokenization):
    Whether individual users owning a single parking space or enterprises and government agencies operating large parking lots (with tens of thousands of spaces), they can bring the ownership or operation rights of their parking spaces "on-chain" to the KARPAK network. By mapping physical assets to on-chain assets, their liquidity is released, and generous ecological token rewards are obtained.

  2. Behavior as Mining (Behavioral Mining):
    KARPAK endows daily parking behaviors with financial attributes. Every parking payment made by a user, every invitation to a new user to join the network, and even the holding and staking of tokens are regarded as contributions to the ecosystem (PoS consensus and behavior verification). The system will return the dividends of ecological development to participants in the form of tokens in real-time, truly realizing "parking as mining."

  3. Value Pegging and Deflationary Model (Value Pegging & Deflation):
    Unlike pure virtual tokens lacking actual support, KARPAK has a strong "underlying asset moat." The intrinsic value of the token is deeply anchored to the real, real-time revenue cash flow of all parking lots within the platform. Combined with a strict token supply cap, a regular halving deflationary mechanism, and a "buyback and burn (black hole)" mechanism based on the platform's real profitability, the long-term stability and scarcity of the token's value are ensured.
